Construction Management is a professional service that uses project management techniques to oversee the planning, design and construction of a project from its inception to its completion on behalf of the client. The purpose of construction project management is to control a proejct’s time, cost and quality while still meeting the client’s objectives in terms of utility, quality and function.

Construction management has five stages:
