Design & Build services provide our clients with a single source of responsibility for all aspects of their building project. This option combines the design phase, including architectural and engineering services with the construction phase; the client receives a “turn-key” contract solution for their project.

PCR will coordinate all aspects of the construction process including: conceptual planning, preliminary and final budgets, engineering, building materials, schedules and construction techniques. From the very beginning, the client is in control and knows all the project details and costs. We confirm all project budgets and pricing before the drawings are finalized so that our clients are in full agreement with the overall project initiative.

Design & Build ultimately saves time since this approach overlaps the design phase, owner approvals and construction phases, hence shortening the overall timelines of a project.
